If there's one thing Lil Nas X's massive hit "Old Town Road" taught us, it's that country music and rap music can go beautifully hand-in-hand.

Here to remind us of that fact is Chance the Rapper, who appeared recently on Jimmy Fallon's musical game show That's My Jam and was tasked with putting a country twist on Nelly's classic "Hot in Herre".

As you can see from the clip above, he more than delivered.
